I have several decades of helping employees and employers through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and have taught many stress management programs. I have been teaching Mindfulness-based classes for Yale New Haven Health System for ten years and have found it be very effective (25-40% reduction of perceived stress and 15-25% reduction of feelings of burnout).
